01 / WEBSITE USE

Who we are & what these terms cover

Wine Meets World LLC ("Wine Meets World," "WMW," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website. These Terms & Conditions ("Website Terms") address access to and use of our website, public content, and any online tools we make available.

Melissa Del Campo and other authorized WMW representatives act on behalf of the company when performing their WMW roles. Describing a host or representative does not make that person the seller or a personal guarantor of the company's obligations. This does not exclude any responsibility that applicable law independently imposes on a person.

Purchases and experience bookings are addressed separately in our Terms of Sale. A private experience also has a booking-specific Service Agreement and the exact proposal incorporated into that agreement. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information handling.

These Website Terms do not set booking retainers, event cancellation charges, delivery deadlines, or product return periods. They do not replace an accepted Service Agreement or purchase contract. Linking to another policy does not, by itself, incorporate every provision of that policy into a contract.

02 / GETTING STARTED

Eligibility, access & acceptance

Our website is intended for an adult audience. To make a purchase or create an account, you must have the legal capacity and authority required for that transaction. The Terms of Sale and the applicable offer explain transaction-specific eligibility. Alcohol participation is restricted to people age 21 or older; a general website visit is not proof of age or eligibility.

Please review these Website Terms before using our services. We will present terms and request affirmative agreement where needed for an account, purchase, or other contractual action. Simply viewing a page does not create a booking, authorize payment, enroll you in recurring billing, or sign an injury release.

Where account features are available, provide accurate information, safeguard your credentials, and report suspected unauthorized access promptly. Use only accounts and records you are authorized to access. You are not automatically responsible for activity caused by a security failure attributable to WMW.

03 / FAIR USE

Use the website responsibly

You may browse public pages, share links, make genuine inquiries, and use the features provided for their intended purposes. You must not:

• Impersonate another person, misrepresent authority, submit fraudulent requests, or use payment details without authorization.
• Attempt to enter private accounts or booking records, bypass security controls, introduce harmful code, or disrupt the website.
• Use forms or communication tools for spam, threats, harassment, or unlawful material.
• Copy or distribute protected material commercially without permission or another lawful basis, or imply a WMW endorsement that does not exist.

Ordinary public search indexing, accessibility tools, lawful quotation, and authorized customer-assistance tools are not prohibited by this clause. Automated access must respect access controls and reasonable technical limits and must not expose private customer data or materially interfere with the site.

WMW may reasonably restrict access to address misuse or security risks. Restricting website access does not, by itself, cancel a valid booking, erase a paid entitlement, or extinguish a refund or other obligation. Contact us to arrange an appropriate alternative way to manage an existing transaction.

04 / WHAT WEBSITE CONTENT MEANS

Information, estimates & online tools

Public experience descriptions, example menus, photographs, starting prices, and availability indicators help you explore options. They do not replace the final scope, price, or commitments presented for your transaction. WMW may update public content or correct an error, but a later website edit does not unilaterally change an accepted contract.

Editorial wine, food, travel, and educational content is general information, not individualized medical, legal, tax, or investment advice. References to a destination, producer, or product do not promise a sale, reservation, or regulated service. Purchased educational material remains subject to its actual description and any express promises made at sale.

If a calculator, recommendation tool, chatbot, or other automated assistant is provided, its output is planning assistance unless the applicable transaction process expressly identifies a confirmed contractual result. It cannot silently add services, approve exceptions, verify payment, or confirm a private event outside WMW's stated booking process. An assistant acting for you must have your authority and use the same required acceptance and payment steps.

WMW remains responsible for its own legally actionable representations. Describing a tool as automated does not excuse misleading information or remove mandatory consumer rights.

05 / OWNERSHIP

Our content & your permitted use

WMW and its licensors retain their rights in website text, logos, photographs, designs, videos, and original educational materials. Unless a different license is provided, you may view public content, share links, and retain copies of your own transaction records for personal or internal business purposes.

A purchase of a physical item does not transfer copyright in its design. A paid download or course has the license described in the Terms of Sale and its offer. You may not remove ownership notices, redistribute paid files, or commercially reproduce protected material without permission or a lawful exception.

Nothing here restricts fair use, accessibility rights, lawful reviews, or other uses permitted by law. To request permission or report a suspected rights violation, email contact@winemeetsworld.com with the material's location, the rights involved, and a way to contact you.

06 / YOUR CONTENT

Your submissions, reviews & images

You retain ownership of material you submit. Provide only content you have the right to share, and avoid unnecessary sensitive information about yourself or other people.

You authorize WMW to use an inquiry and its attachments only as reasonably needed to respond, plan or perform requested services, administer the relationship, and maintain appropriate records, consistent with the Privacy Policy. A private inquiry is not permission to publish its contents.

If you intentionally submit material to a clearly identified public review or community feature, you give WMW a non-exclusive permission to display and technically format that submission for that feature. This does not transfer ownership or authorize unrelated advertising use. WMW may moderate unlawful content, spam, or disclosures of private information, but will not remove a review merely because it is negative.

Honest reviews and lawful complaints are welcome. These Website Terms do not prohibit them, impose a penalty for them, or require you to transfer ownership of them. They do not restrict communication with regulators, legal advisers, or payment providers.

Booking or attending an event, or tagging WMW on social media, does not automatically authorize promotional use of every person's identifiable image, voice, or name. Appropriate permission is required for promotional use; one adult cannot ordinarily supply another adult's permission without authority.

07 / OTHER PLATFORMS

External websites & service providers

Our website may link to or use external payment, scheduling, hosting, social-media, or other services. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices for the features they supply. Review the notices presented when you interact with them.

A third-party link does not make that provider a WMW representative or establish that WMW controls its entire service. WMW remains responsible for its own representations, selection and use of providers to the extent required by law, and the obligations it undertakes to you. A vendor disclaimer does not erase those obligations.

Any paid sponsorship, affiliate relationship, or other material commercial connection requiring disclosure will be identified with the relevant content. This page does not assert that such a relationship exists for every link.

08 / INFORMATION HANDLING

Privacy, cookies & communications

Our Privacy Policy describes information collected through the website and customer interactions. These Website Terms do not replace that notice, record cookie consent, or provide consent to unrelated marketing.

Communications needed to answer your request or administer a transaction are distinct from promotional messages. Marketing preferences and any consent required for email, text messages, cookies, or other technologies must be handled through the appropriate process. Accepting these Website Terms alone is not consent to automated marketing calls or texts.

Where the parties agree to transact electronically, applicable terms and transaction records must be available in a form you can retain. A website outage does not itself cancel a transaction or waive a required notice; contact WMW when an online feature prevents you from managing an existing booking or purchase.

09 / IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS

Website availability & legal limits

WMW aims to maintain a useful, accurate website but does not promise uninterrupted access or that every page will always be free of technical error. To the extent permitted by law, free public website access is provided on an "as available" basis.

Where validly agreed and permitted by law, WMW is not responsible for indirect or consequential economic loss arising solely from interruption of free public website access, such as lost business profits. This limited website provision does not apply to paid products or services, express refund obligations, personal injury, death, physical property damage, negligence, gross negligence, fraud, intentional misconduct, privacy or security violations, or any responsibility or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.

No statement here excludes express promises made in a sale, statutory warranties, or other non-waivable rights. This page is not a participant release, an insurance policy, or a guarantee against legal claims.

10 / ADMINISTRATION

Versions, applicable law & disputes

These Website Terms use the version and revision date shown above. WMW may issue a new version for future use and will provide additional notice or obtain agreement where required. A later publication does not automatically replace terms incorporated into an earlier purchase or booking. Request a copy of the applicable historical version when needed.

Florida law governs these Website Terms, subject to applicable federal law and mandatory protections of another jurisdiction. A website dispute may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction and venue, unless the parties separately agree to an enforceable alternative. This page does not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, a jury-trial waiver, or a shortened period for bringing a claim.

We encourage direct discussion of a concern, without requiring you to delay a legal deadline, urgent remedy, or lawful complaint. If a provision is unenforceable, it is limited or severed as legally appropriate and the remainder continues to the extent permitted. Not enforcing a provision once is not a continuing waiver.
