Is this booking for the actual tasting or a consultation call?

This booking is for a free 30-minute planning consultation, not the actual wine experience. Wine Meets World uses the consultation to understand your preferred event date, guest count, location, occasion, wine preferences, and planning needs. From there, we recommend the appropriate experience format and next steps, including a custom proposal when needed. There is no charge for the consultation and no commitment required.

How far in advance should I book?

For the consultation itself, choose any available time shown in the calendar. For the actual wine experience, we recommend starting the planning process as early as possible. Weekends, holidays, private celebrations, and corporate events should ideally be planned several weeks in advance, as preferred dates can fill quickly. Availability for the actual event is confirmed separately.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

If you need to reschedule or cancel your consultation, use the scheduling link provided with your appointment or contact Wine Meets World as soon as possible. Changes to a confirmed wine experience are handled separately according to the terms of your Service Agreement, including any applicable cancellation, rescheduling, or payment provisions.

Do you travel outside of Orlando?

Yes. Wine Meets World serves Orlando and Central Florida, including Winter Park, Lake Nona, Dr. Phillips, Windermere, Celebration, Kissimmee, Davenport, and nearby communities. Select travel may be available for private and corporate events by request.

How much does it cost and what's included?

Private wine tastings are $75 per person for 2 to 5 guests and $65 per person for 6 to 15 guests, with a $350 minimum booking. Wine and cheese pairings are $85 per person for 2 to 5 guests and $75 per person for 6 to 15 guests, with a $350 minimum. Bachelorette and bridal experiences are $135 per person for 2 to 5 guests and $115 per person for 6 to 15 guests, with a $500 minimum. Corporate events for 16 or more guests receive a custom proposal. Wine Meets World provides the wines, glassware, tasting notes, and guided experience included in your confirmed plan. Additional pairings, upgrades, travel, or custom event elements are defined in the final proposal when applicable.
